Terms of Service

ipaperbanana provides software tools for creating, refining, and exporting academic or research-oriented visual content. By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself or the organization you represent.

You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement and you may use the service only in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, institutional policies, and these Terms.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity that occurs under your account. Information provided during registration must be accurate and kept reasonably current.

You may not use the service to infringe intellectual property rights, violate confidentiality obligations, distribute unlawful or harmful material, interfere with platform security, reverse engineer restricted portions of the service, or attempt to access accounts, data, or systems without authorization.

You retain ownership of content that you upload, submit, or configure within the service, subject to the rights necessary for us to operate, secure, maintain, and improve the service for your use. That limited license includes processing prompts, source materials, layout instructions, and uploaded assets to generate requested outputs.

You are responsible for reviewing generated outputs before publication, distribution, or downstream use. zhichun liu does not guarantee that generated content is factually complete, publication-ready, non-infringing, or suitable for a specific academic, regulatory, clinical, or commercial purpose without user review.

Paid plans are billed in advance on the monthly or yearly cycle selected at checkout. Unless stated otherwise at purchase, subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until canceled.

You may cancel renewal at any time through the product workflow or by contacting liuzhichun92(at)gmail.com. Cancellation stops future renewal charges and your paid features remain available until the end of the current prepaid term unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.

The service, including its software, interface design, branding, workflows, and underlying platform materials, is owned by zhichun liu or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of the service or any related platform rights to you.

You may not copy, resell, sublicense, distribute, or create derivative works from the service itself except as expressly permitted by applicable law or a separate written agreement with zhichun liu.

The service is provided on an as available and as offered basis. We may modify features, suspend access, or perform maintenance from time to time. To the fullest extent permitted by law, zhichun liu disclaims implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, zhichun liu will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, revenue, profits, business opportunity, or goodwill arising from or related to the service. Our aggregate liability for claims arising out of the service will not exceed the amount you paid to zhichun liu for the service during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe your use violates these Terms, creates security or legal risk, harms other users, or exposes the service to abuse. You may stop using the service at any time.
